Celebrating Women: Tiffianny Esdaille

In recognition of International Women’s Day, we are celebrating the women who are integral to our operations.

Operations Administrative Supervisor

Tiffianny joined the AIRCARE team as a receptionist in February, 2009 and progressed to Accounts Payable Administrator, then Project/Service Dispatcher and is currently in the role of Operations Administrative Supervisor. She also sits on the Liberty Events Committee which manages events for all companies within the Liberty Bermuda Group.

While the HVAC industry is certainly male-dominated, Tiffianny says AIRCARE management has always been very supportive of her in her Supervisor position and she has never faced any obstacles as a woman. During her 18 years with the Company, she says she has learned patience and confirmed that men do not like to admit when they are wrong!

Tiffianny says she has been fortunate to have been provided opportunities for learning on the job and is confident in her role thanks to years of gaining knowledge in her HVAC/R, fire and commercial plumbing customers service. She says her favourite parts of her job are the open-door policy and the relationships with her co-workers. In her spare time, Tiffianny enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel and relaxation.
