An Important Message for Our Valued Clients: COVID-19

As the world seeks ways to minimise the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, the Government of Bermuda has issued a Social Distancing and Closures Schedule. The most recent version of this schedule allows HVAC service providers to remain operational. We wanted to inform you that AIRCARE is operating, whilst taking additional precautions and maintaining our regular business hours (8am – 5pm), in addition to providing emergency around the clock service as required. Safety and customer satisfaction remain our top priorities and we are ready to assist you in any way we can.

As we continue to fulfill our service and maintenance contract obligations, we are also taking the following additional precautions for your safety:

  • Employees are following all social distancing and personal hygiene protocols as recommended by the Bermuda Government
  • Employees are supplied with the appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Employees are supplied with hand sanitizer and hard surface disinfectants

To further decrease the risk of transmission, the majority of our administrative team is working remotely and our parts department is closed to walk-in customers. 

Health and Safety is our priority, in order to protect our clients and employees, we may need to ask a few relevant questions prior to attending service calls. If you have any particular instructions or concerns, please let us know at that time.
