AIRCARE Staff Complete First Aid/CPR Training
AIRCARE LTD (‘AIRCARE’ or the ‘Company’) proudly recognises 58 staff who recently became CPR/First Aid Certified.
The training, held by Worksafe BDA, is offered to staff every two years to meet re-certification requirements. The course is classroom based and covers a wide range of CPR/First Aid topics including infant, child and adult CPR and correct use of AEDs.
The first aid course covers a wide range of topics including initial assessment of life-threatening bleeding, minor wounds, shock, eye injuries, concussion, head, neck or spinal injuries, burns, stroke, seizures, allergic reactions, asthma, diabetes and hypoglycemia and more.
AIRCARE General Manager Brendan Stones said: “Ongoing training is integral to our operations at AIRCARE, and I would like to offer my congratulations to the team members who have become certified and re-certified in CPR/First Aid. This vital training provides our staff with the necessary skills to assist with life saving measures on the job and may also be invaluable if they encounter a member of the public, family or friend in need of CPR or first aid.”
